This file lists players from folded teams with outstanding fnes owed to the League. In order to register a player from this list, the specified amount over and above the $20 registration fee must be paid.

2006 Season

These players have outstanding fines that must be settled before being allowed to register for the 2006 season.

» Affiliation Form (pdf file - 24kb)
If affiliating with another RDSL team, this form must be completed and signed by both teams. Only one form is needed between the two affiliating teams.

Fill out this form if using a new field for 2005. Fields already being used in the RDSL do not need insurance requests done again.
